Due to the nature of food products, we generally cannot accept returns of perishable goods unless:

• Products have been supplied incorrectly

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there is an issue with your order.
Photographic evidence may be requested.
We do not offer refunds however we will send a like-for-like replacement at no cost to the customer.

11. Cancellation Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, certain food products are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period because they are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Once food products have been dispatched, cancellation rights do not apply.
